What Causes Numbness In The Face, Eyes And Arms?

Hi ive been having numbness in my face eye arm down the front of my leg and and tingling in my foot. This is only on my right side. Sometimes my arm is very weak with pain. Also it feels like my eye is dropping and waters alot. This has been happening for about a year now and seems to be getting worse. Like today my arm is very weak and the bottom of my foot went numb.

Hello Dear. There are several reasons for numbness and tingling sensation. To list a few most common ones:

1. Peripheral neuropathy
2. transient ischemic attack (mini-stroke)
3. Diabetes mellitus
4. Stroke
5. Migraine
6. Epilepsy

You need to consult a physician or preferably a neurologist and get detailed evaluation of your condition. Tests like complete blood count, Blood sugar, CT scan etc may be needed.
