What Causes Numbness In Legs And Feet, Anxiety And Painful Knot In Stomach?

My legs and feet have recently became numb. Beginning at my right knee the numbess starts. My foot is completely without much feeling. Hard to walk on it, plus its cool to the touch. Even tho I have been mobile, it has been almost 24 hrs with this numbness. I have a list of problems I need to get addressed, but lack of funds and doctor visits are a run-around. Symptoms include: Anxiety Headaches Frequent Urination Memory loss Unable to concentrate Acne blisters all over top half of body, Worse on face, neck, and shoulders Lack of energy or happiness High Blood pressure? Heavy blood flow during and severe pain associated with 1-2 days of my menstrual cycle. Contractions occur to usually pass blood clots. Painfulness is extreme and any OTC medicines will not help. There also has been a knot on right abdominal area, which has painful flare-ups. @size of kiwi fruit.. Gallbladder removed, which was supposed to cure the painful knot. Still there.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Lack of energy, difficulty concentration and anxiety are likely linked. Anxiety is commonly associated with depression and these conditions can cause these symptoms.

Treatment for anxiety and depression includes medication and counselling. Unfortunately none of the medication is over the counter.

Heavy period flow, clots and severe pain may or may not indicate a problem. In some persons it may be due to fibroids, endometriosis, infection.
The use of oral contraceptives may help to decrease the blood flow and control the pain.
Medications such as cataflam, naproxen or ibuprofen can be taken three to four days before the period as well. When this is done the pain is usually less.

Acne can be treated by using benzoyl peroxide washes or cleaners along with a topical antibiotic containing clindamycin.
If this is not effective there are a number of other medications but these would require a prescription eg oral antibiotics, topical or oral retinoids

I hope this helps
