Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you have got mild disc prolapse. Disc are like shock absorber between two vertebrae. It has come out slightly due to heavy weight lifting. Its treatment is rest in lateral position and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamin is helpful in reducing numbness .If no relief after nearly 2 months of treatment then discectomy operation is advised. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
