What Causes Numbness In Left Arm And Elbow Along With Dizziness?

on occasion I get light headed, same time nausea sets in. comes on very quickly, this time the same but my left arm below the elbow and hand felt numb like I had slept on it and the back of my neck felt very tight. lasted about 1 and half hrs then passed. comes on like a snap of the fingers so fast for no apparent reason.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have numbness in left arm and elbow along with dizziness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , bot in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are probably due to cardiac problem . I would suggest you to consult cardiologidt for proper examination . doctor may order ECG , TMT ,complete blood profile , check vitals to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe isosorbid nitrate , aspirin , sedative and betablockers . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for nerve problem . For now do not bend forward , take proper rest , keep yourself calm and do not exert your body .
