General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The numbness of the heel can be related to many medical conditions. One of the common causes is overuse of the legs. Diabetic neuropathy can also be a cause. So, I suggest to do a complete blood test and a glycemic level for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
