What Causes Numbness In Hands And Feet?

Sir I am suffering from Numbness in hands & feet, & loss of proper balance while walking, it was diagnosed as Severe "Spinal canal stenosis" at C-2, C-3 & upto C-7 level & also at L-3-4-5 level. J.J. Hospital Doctors advice decompression operation. Doctors at S.P. Medical College, Bikaner advice "NO OPERATION" What should I do?
