General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user of HCM!
I have understood your concerns, thank you for
sharing them with us!

The most probable medical issues that can be responsible for the headache and numbness of finger or arms are:

- Neck spondyloarthrosis
- TIA ( Transitory ischemic accident)

If i were your treating doctor i would recommend you a CT-scan to see if any lesions in the head or neck exists and then do the proper additional examinations or treatments.

If your concerns are repeated please contact your neurologist doctor.
Take care!
Best wishes!
Dr Eriol.
