What Causes Numbness In Fingers And Palms?

Hi. I ve experienced numbness in the pinkie and partial numbness of the ring finger of the left hand.That numbness also involves the side of the hand and about half of the palm. It s lasted 10 days now and happened suddenly. In addition, there appears to be a bilateral dimension to this because the same symptoms are reflected in my right hand pinkie and ring finger, though apparently not as severe. I have never experienced anything remotely like this. Finally, the strength in my left index finger is dramatically diminished, making even the simplest tasks (like buttoning my pants) a chore.

the above complaints might be due to some form of injury to the nerves that supplies your hand. since you are getting the complaint in both hands, i suspect it to be related to your jobs. using of vibrating devices will produce similar complaint. kindly consult a near by physician for further check up.
