Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 39 year old man who exersizes regularly and drinks very little alchohol. For the past two weeks my feet have been completely numb and cold I have and blurred vision in my left eye (dont know if this is related as I ve had this before without the foot problem) the numbness in my feet is really getting me down as it is always there and showing no signs of going away. Please help.
It is necessary consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam. Do you have troubles with mixture as well? Do you have gait imbalance? What is your past medical history? Where is the numbness located : like socks or up to the umbilicus? Performing an MRI or nerve conduction studies may be needed.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
