What Causes Numbness In Feet And Back Pain ?

Dear Doctor, I am male 34, non-diabetic, non-hypertensive. 2 years back during a medical check up doctor found some blood in my urine but no proteins. serum Creatinine and urea was also normal. Also normal kidney scan. I have no other symptoms except that from the last 6 months i have started feeling numbness in my feet and back ache but not sever. I live in Pakistan and I am reluctant to go to doctor because of their incompetency and sometime exaggerating a problem for their own interest. Please advise.

Thanks.
