What Causes Numbness In Both Feet?

To whom it may concern, I have numbness in both feet after 2 L5/S1 back Surgeries. I ve been like this for the last 5 years. I am a 48 year-old retired Soldier (28 years). I am on a walker and use a wheelchair as needed. I have no balance, but I work on keeping my core strong through exercise. I need to know what s causing this numbness in my feet and Loss of Balance. Also, at this point, in light of the numbness in my feet and loss of balance, can hardware (Stabilizing Screws and Rods), assist me in regaining my balance and walking on my own again? HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, because of the nerve destruction, inflammatory process, conduction defect, degenerative disease, trauma of spinal cord may be the cause, and most of the time such disease is irreversible but some time with physiotherapy it may come around, hope this information helps, take care.
