Hi,
As per your symptoms, it appears as though you have gone into labor. You should contact your health care provider immediately and get help. Please do not panic; observe fetal movements, take rest in left lateral position if possible with slight elevation of foot end to prevent further leakage of amniotic fluid and take liquids but not any solid. Watch for any vaginal discharge. If the pain radiates to the thighs, it means the cervix is dilating well and the baby is progressing. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you safe motherhood.
