General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to sleeping position.
It can happen when you sleep on your arm or hand or in a position that puts pressure on a nerve.
The temporary lack of blood flow can cause numbness or pins and needles.
Changing your position is typically enough to relieve your symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
