Hi,

First of all, your wife could suffer from peripheral neuropathy. This occurs due to different reasons such as : diabetes, decrease vitamin B complex in food. So,she should do some investigations such: measuring blood glucose level. The treatment is: vitamin B complex and Benfotiamine 40 mg. Other investigations such as; measuring blood pressure could be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
