Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems that during the injection the needle has pricked the nerve and has caused traumatic injury to the nerve leading to damage to the protective covering of the nerve known as Myelin sheath and the damage has led to numbness in the area that is supplied by the nerve..
Mostly the needle prick injuries are reversible and there is complete recovery of the sensations and you should relax and wait and keep a watch that the numbness improve or not..
You can take Vitamin B-complex supplements as it helps in nerve regeneration as well as do warm compresses over the numb area..
Continue for one month but in case if the numbness become more severe or there is no improvement even after one month consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
