What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Fingers?

I have been having issues with my neck ,c5 c6 which I had a discectomy in 2002. I seen a neuro pa and she advised me to get some physical therapy which I did and did some traction and electronic pulse apparatus ,finished all of it and was released from pt. the same day I was at a stop light and needed a drink out of my lunch box which was behind the seat and reached behind my by and pulled hard to get it unwedged and he next day my shoulder was sore. the day after that it was hurting and on the third day the pain was really bad. my shoulder is numb and my fingers tingle. I don t know if its a rotator cuff issue or my spine again.
