What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Hands And Feet?

hi...My Vitamin B12 level is 189..is it low... i am suffering form hand and feet numbness and tingling...the whole body has gone extremely weak. dizziness all the time, also sufferign from stress due to this. there is palpitation all the time when i sleep. and pain in eyes with very mild redness.pl z help me out

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Your Vitamin B12 levels are low and that is the cause for most of the symptoms you are having.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take Methylcobalamin tablets once a day for a month. This should take care of your symptoms like weakness and dizziness.
2. Take Vitamin B complex capsules every day, which should help you to overcome tingling and numbness in hands and feet.
3. Take Iron in the form of capsules or syrup regularly, which should correct anaemia and overcome symptoms like weakness and palpitations.
Eat healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals like leafy vegetables and fruits. Quit smoking and alcohol if you are habituated as these can worsen the situation and limits recovery.
Your symptoms should subside gradually and get better by a month time.
