Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir,
I can understand the concerns you have shared, from the symptoms you describe, it seems you are having problem with the nerves at the level of spinal cord, you need an MRI of the cervical spine and LS spine, to see the status of your nerves, usually mechanical compression need surgery to remove it, and if timely the nerve is not decompressed, that neural recovery of what has been lost(numbness) never occurs.
You need to either get the investigations and revert back, or you can consult your doctor and share this with him/her.
Thanks
