Your symptoms sound concerning for vascular claudication, where the arteries supplying blood to your legs are affected and narrowed with plaque. Especially given the history of cardiac bypass surgery 10 years ago, and the fact that you begin getting the pain some time after starting to walk and then goes away with rest, and that you wake up in the mornings with almost no pain and usually throughout the day unless you are engaged in activity, you do not have pain. I recommend you go see a vascular surgeon, as you might require a bypass operation to your legs, as you had with your heart.
