What Causes Nosebleeds In The Morning?

I have been awaking up nearly everyday with a slight nosebleed, but a nosebleed nonetheless. I sleep on one pillow. What I noticed is that whenever the bleed starts, I get a straight shot feeling as if something ran up my nostril once I wake up. Please, can you tell me what is going on with me?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hi,there are many causes if nose bleed like high blood pressure, raw surface on the nasal septum due to trauma, habit of forceful nose cleaning, coagulation disorders like vitamin c/vitamin k deficiency, etc. It would be advisable to consult an EMT specialist doctor for the endoscopic examination of your nose for the diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
