What Causes Nosebleeds In 11 Year Old?

3 weeks (on this Tuesday) ago my 11 year old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed, the last few days she has been having several nose bleeds a day I can t get her Dr or nurse to return my message and her Dr is about an hour away should I be concerned?

Adenoidectomy has some minor complications like sore throat, earache, blocked nose, nasal discharge. Bleed from nose could have occured due to sore throat and blocked nose.
