Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes are like:

1. Acute rhinitis.
2. Ethmoidal sinusitis.
3. Ethmoidal polyps.
4. Rhino conjunctivitis
5. Upper molar tooth root infection.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet levocetrizine twice a day for five days. Drink hot water and avoid cool drinks.

Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
