What Causes Nose Bleeding?

I woke up at 6:00 this morning and my nose started bleeding out to the blue. It s been bleeding for the past 30 minutes now. My nose did bleed last night, but this time was longer. I have a humidifier in my room and I have it on every night. Why does my nose keep bleeding?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Spontaneous nose bleeding is common and it may happen without obvious cause. If this happened just once then there is no need to be worried. if this happens repeatedly then some underlying issues ay be present. In first case, arterial hypertension so you should check your bP regularly. Second, it may be seen in people who too too much blood thinners and thirds it may suggest some nose issues such as hemangioma or septum defromity. If first 2 are ruled out then you should see ENT doctor to check for hird cause
