What Causes Nose Bleed?

I'm experiencing random frequent nose bleeds that differ in severity (some severe some minor) this is happening up to 3 times A day without warning, Also the blood only seems to come out of my left nostril, never the right one , my left eye is also twitching on and off most of the day and I'm constantly tired and feeling a bit "off with the faires" should I be worried?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi,
you should see an ENT specialist for complete evaluation.
nose bleeds are usually very benign but rarely they are indicative of a more serious problem like hypertension, tumours or blood dyscrasias.
you may need a nasal endoscopy also.
