What Causes Non Pustulous Blisters, Hypothermia And Loss Of Appetite?

A male friend of mine returned from united kingdom about 5 days ago. Initially he complained of extreme jet lag after the 22 hr flight from manchester england to Australia.

Within the next few days he developed large, angry, nonpustulous blisters on his hands, a blister on his bottom lip (now red and dry), hypothermia, lethargy and a total loss of appetite (nil solids for last 4 days).

I didn't enquire re: bowels ie: colour, consistency or regularity.

I have known this person for a number of years. He has always had a happy, positive demeameanor. He presents now, as I have never seen him before.

Thankyou, Jane

HI
Well come to HCM
The given symptoms are here suggestive of allergic condition, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, Diphenhydramine lotion, this need to be apply on lesion and affected part, every thing would be fine soon, take care.
I find this answer helpful
