General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, no need to worry as you are a little more anxious. Release of semen at night is a normal phenomenon and you should not get over occupied with it. Adopt a healthy lifestyle, do lots of exercise drink plenty of fluid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
