What Causes Nocturnal Emission For A 24-year-old Male?
I m 24 years old I m suffering nocturnal emission problem since many years now its on a extreme level my urine color has been changed its seems to dark yellow and during this months I have night falls about 8-10 times and 2-3 times in a week plz suggest me medicine that must be available in Pakistan thanks

Nocturnal emission is normal for a 24 years old male. It is a physiological method of the expulsion of the semen. No medicine is needed. You may try masturbation 1 to 2 times a week and this will stop the nocturnal emissions.
