What Causes Nocturnal Ejaculation And Pain While Urinating?
Hi , am 25 years of age and unmarried, i have nocturnal ejaculation occusaionaly say thrice a month, the problem is that i feel extreme pain while urinating soon after ejaculation once in two or three month. Do Help me in this matter i am worried whether it is a disease condition or normal?????

Hello,
Pain during ejaculation or urination is not normal and suggest some underlying pathology.
You need to investigate with transrectal ultrasonography and semen culture to rule out seminal vesicle infection.
Urine routine microscopic examination also should be done. Sometime calcification, stone, prostate problem also can be the reason for such a presentation.
The USG will guide us further for management. Kindly revert back with reports once done.
