What Causes No Fetal Growth And Heart Beat During Pregnancy?

Doctors Online,
Today I was told I would have a miscarriage. Last week we went in and found that our baby was 6w1d not the 10w3d we thought. There was a fetal pole and sac visible through sonogram but when we returned today there was no growth, progression, or heart beat. My doctors did not test my HGC levels, should they? I will be 30 soon and this is my first pregnancy. My husband was told he could not have children, could this be a factor in not being able to create a viable pregnancy? Thank you.
Sincerely, Hoping for a miracle

Hello
First of all be relax ,10% of all first time pregnancy ends in missed abortion so nothing to worry.no need of doing Hcg test.you should do your TSH & RBS test. There is a possibility of chromosomal abnormalities in fetus thats why it might have happened. You can send your conceptional products to lab if u wnt to find out exact diagnosis, but it not recommend in first miscarriage.you should continue ttake folic acid tablet pre conceptionaly for next pregnancy.keep gap of 3-6 month before planning next pregnancy
Good luck
