Hello,

In the current scenario, if you are having normal regular menstrual cycle, you can get a home pregnancy test using a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days later after the expected period if you miss it or go for the estimation of serum beta-hCG titers not earlier than a week before the expected period to clarify. Your symptoms are not conclusive of a possible pregnancy but do suggest hormone effects.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
