What Causes Night Sweats, Hot Flashes, Menorrhagia And Bad Body Odor?

My first question- I am a 48 year old female I have experiencing night sweats , heat flashes and cold flash My second question I have a very very heavy period so bad I have to wear two pads and a diaper.seven My third question I get this very bad odor that smells like I am dying inside what is causing this.

Hello,

I evaluated your concern in depth. For questions 1 and 2 answers are: it is related to menopausal symptoms produced by hormonal imbalances in the body, loss of ovarian sensitivity to gonadotropin stimulation, fall in number of ovarian follicles, decrease level of inhibin B, and elevated FSH levels.

For question 3 answer is: Bad odor is due to vaginal infection through bacteria or fungi; require gynec consultation and management.
