Hi,
There are numerous causes of night sweats and non Hodgkin's lymphoma is one of them.
If you are cured, need to check for recurrence, like any nodal enlargement, biopsy of nodes, routine complete blood counts.
Tumors need to be ruled out first before looking for other causes.
More history and investigations are required for further guidance.
Hope it helped.
Any further assistance, happy to help again.
