What Causes Night Sweats During Menopause?

Hi Dr. Rynne. Thanks for taking questions. I just woke up in the middle of the night, feeling hot (and a little sweat perspired). I m 50. I know it s due to menopause I m guessing. Should I go see a doctor for menopause? If I do, what would be given for menopause. Also, is it common that some go on their lives without seeing a doctor for it? I hardly see a doctor my whole life.

I would not recommend to see any doctor for this. it's part of life at menopause. it's transition. your best friend ever could be Herb named Ashoka (Sarcasm indica) the main liquid medicine for use for hundreds of years is Ashokarishta (classic Ayurveda). 100℅ safe. There are innumerable brands in vogue at highest prices and presentable packings and tastes but basic thing remains Ashokarishta. there could be some additional classic herb tonics with it or may not be, according to your anxiousness. pl do trust this herb. take only for a month in proper doses and then decide whether to apprehend or not! you may consult online by giving more history and few answers if I ask.
