What Causes Night Sweats And Irritation During Menopause?

I am a 64 year old female menopausal for over 15 years. I wake up at least once a night with sweats and can feel really irritable and wired. I do have some anxiety but this feels a bit different like I have more energy than I know what to do with. i walk minimally 5 times per week, for at least 20-30 minutes and eat all natural/organic foods.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it appears that you might need hormone replacement therapy (HRT) during your menopause.
Kindly check your estrogen levels in blood and consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and proper management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
