What Causes Needle Poking In The Eyes?
I have been having a pain in my eyes as if they have needles in them. Even when i wear my glasses, i experience this pain. Many times it s get so bad that i get a headache from it. The only thing that works is being in the dark with a cold wet cloth over them. What could this be?

It requires local examination by eye doctor. It can be trachoma, dry eye, or allergic conjunctivitis. definite ly photo phobia means cornea is involved. Clinical examination of panus, papillae in conjunctiva can confirm or rule out trachoma. since itching is absent allergy can be ruled out. for dry eye strip test can be done. History of computer or excessive TV watching may be confirmed. can start using artificial tear eye drop.
