What Causes Neck Pains, Heart Palpitations And Head Shock Wave Sensations?

Hi, I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks about five years ago, for about 2 years. For the past couple of years, I am on no meds, & experience no anxiety symptoms. However, I recently started getting pain in my neck glands below the chin, I feel tingly, shockwave-like sensations in my head, & my heart races. Similar to how I used to feel when getting panic attacks in the past. I had just started taking one-a-day metabolism supplements, & wondering if that could be a trigger factor, or do you believe this is a more serious problem? I am 29yrs old, 5' 3'' and about 135 lbs.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. If you already were under treatment for panic attacks and anxiety disorder, your body will be able to recreate some of those old symptoms if triggered. The supplement you are taking may not be the problem, but your understanding and negative thinking about the supplement could be. You can inquire about the supplement with a dietician / physician.

Secondly, if you want those anxiety and panic attacks should not return, you should change your thinking pattern and life style permanently. Psychotherapy and meditation should help you. Consult a psychologist.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.
