Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

Need an MRI of the cervical spine to check if any spinal nerve root is involved or not. Also as the pain is behind the ear and jaw issue I will advise for the ENT examination and also the cranial nerve examination. The pain symptoms are giving combined symptoms of cervical spine nerve entrapment and also the cranial nerves. With having a proper and precise clinical examination it can help us understand the pathology of the involved nerve and diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
