What Causes Neck Lymph Nodes Soreness With Underarms Pain?

i smoke marijuana regularly for the last 5 years. I have had no physical issues until the last year where i have noticed my lymph nodes in my upper neck are very swore especially on the left side. when i put deodorant on i feel a slight sharp pain in both underarms. Also, this past july i had a recent accident that led to internal bleeding from an artery in my right side of my groin. But now im feeling pressure in both sides of my groin. Im very scared i have developed some type of cancer. Should i go see my doctor?

We understand your concern.

Swollen lymph nodes are usually result of inflammation in draining area.Generalized lymph adenopathy could be because of several reason Ex.tuberculosis, lymphoma, viral infections etc.I would suggest you to consult a doctor to rule out all the causes.

Doctor might ask you get some lab tests like complete blood count, chest x ray, liver function test, renal function test.Kindly go through all the tests to be clear about diagnosis.

Hope the answer has helped you.
