What Causes Neck, Back, Knees And Arm Rashes With An Itchy Scalp?
My 3 year old son is presenting with a red rash, not itchy, which is mainly around his neck and upper back, on the back of his knees and the inside bend of his arm. He is also getting red rings under his eyes and has an itchy scalp with no signs of redness, dryness or lice. What could be the cause?
