Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your son's current symptoms. There are three possible reasons for those symptoms:

1. Drug related side effects,

2. Complex partial seizures,

3. An unrelated gut problem.

First, you can discuss these symptoms with his neurologist and may get drug levels/EEG done.

If the above are normal, then, you may consult a gastroenterologist.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
