Hi dear. welcome to HealthCareMagic. thanks for trusting us. I have gone through your questions and understood your worries.

Utovlan tablet contain norethisterone, a synthetic version of female sex hormone, progesterone. It is used in a wide range of menstrual disorders such as: painful periods, heavy menstrual bleeding, irregular periods, or premenstrual syndrome, also Endometriosis. in this case you've used Utovlan for delaying your menstrual periods.

some side effects of utovlasn are nervousness, amenorrhea (no periods), nausea and vomiting, anorexia, hair thinning, leg pain, breast tenderness, weight change, or ovarian cyst etc.
the nauseous feeling you have may be caused by taking utovlan, likewise you still got no period till now. but, to make sure if you're pregnant or not, you can take pregnancy test strip.

I suggest you some tips below:
1. Stop taking this medicine and inform your doctor immediately if you get any of these: stabbing pains and/or unusual swelling in one leg, pain on breathing or coughing, coughing up blood, sudden breathlessness, sudden severe chest pain, sudden disturbance in vision, hearing or speech, sudden weakness/numbness on one side of the body, fainting, collapse (all possible signs of a blood clot), migraine or severe headaches, significant rise in blood pressure, itching , severe depression, or if you think you could be pregnant.
2. Consult your doctor if you develop unexplained nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fatigue, loss of appetite, darkened urine or yellowing of the eyes/skin (jaundice), as these may be signs of liver problems.
3. Some medicines need to be tapered or cannot be stopped immediately because of rebound effects. Please consult with your doctor for best recommendations.

I hope these can help you to clarify your worries. please let me know if you have something else to be discussed. feel free to ask me in HCM. Take care.

regards,
