What Causes Nausea, Weight Loss And Swollen Ankle With History Of Radical Nephrectomy?

I have chronic kidney disease, lost my left kidney 2yrs ago, renal tumor & cyst hemorraghing, the doctor had to perform a radical nephratomy & removed my left kidney, for past 6mos i ve been having similar sypstoms such as naseau, weight loss, bladder frequency & fluid swelling in right ankle, my question is should i consult my urologist & how will i know if i have to go on diaslysis

I really appreciate your concern, looking to your past history and present symptoms you may see the nephrologist, it all depend upon the over all renal status whether it require dialysis or not, this may need some investigations, hope this information helps, take care.
