What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, High Fever And Headache?

Hi, a week ago my girlfriend became sick with what I thought was the flu but she felt really sick so she ended up going to hospital and they said she had a virus, I don't know what type of virus but they also said she was dehydrated so they gave her something to help with that. They released her that same day 3 hours after arriving and said if it gets worse to come back. She's a very stubborn girl and hates hospitals so she didn't go until something unfortunate happened. On Thursday she fainted and couldn't be woken up & she is now in a coma on life support. Her symptoms before that were Nausea, vomiting, high fever & major headaches. Supposedly the doctors don't know what the cause is & I was hoping I'd find out here. Also, she's a diabetic & an asthmatic.

The symptoms of nausea, vomiting associated with high fever and headache require evaluation. The causes for these symptoms are severe infection. Since she is also diabetic and asthmatic the infection needs to be controlled to prevent complications.
Hence I suggest to consult your doctor and treatment is preferably required on in patient admission basis.
