What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Dilated Pupils?
I have been feeling nauseas for five days now and today is the first day I had vomit nausea. The nausea comes and goes periodically throughout my days. I don t have a fever at all. Today I looked in the mirror to notice my pupils are dilated a little bigger than normal.I am constantly feeling tired when I get more than enough to sleep. I eat healthy foods daily. I m not sure if I could be pregnant although my cycle isn t up for another 1.5 weeks. Any help?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the pregnancy then it could be due to some gastric illness and most common would be acidic disease and it can be well given try with 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg' once in day. dilated pupils can only be examined by physician for any specification hope this information helps
