What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Diarrhea After Periods?

I have been experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, burnt popcorn tasting burps, and stomach cramps usually toward the end of my period. The severity varies, and can range from having to sleep in the bathroom floor to being over in a few hours. It comes on very suddenly and usually the abdominal cramps and burps are the first symptoms. From the first symptom, it is usually about an hour max before the rest of it begins. It has been going on now for over a year. Any thoughts?

Understand your concern

All this problem is due to hormonal imbalance generally seen after menstruation.
Take following advice
1.Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine from a few days before your period until two weeks after it
2. Healthy lifestyle
3 Stretching and regular exercise routines will reduce cramping and menstrual pain.
4. Yoga can be extremely helpful to reduce both the physical and mental symptoms
5. Massage can also help both physical and emotional symptoms. also relieve depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
6. Hot baths help with cramping, back pain and relaxation.
7. Sleep of at least 8 hours
8. Take Tablet Meftal spas two times daily when severe symptoms.
9. Tablet PAN-D 40 mg before meal three times a day
10. Drink lots of water and take helthy diet
11. Wear pure cotton Loose underwear
