What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Abdominal Pain After Taking Misoprostol?

hi i took four tablets (misoprostol) experienced symptoms of pregnancy, nausea, vomitting, intense cramping, bleeding for some hours...bleeding continued lightly for a day or two, but I am now experiencing slight uncomfortable bloating of the stomach and slight abdominal pain...does this mean the abortion has been terminated although its a process, in terms of taking time for everything to empty from my system

Within 4 hours of taking the second medicine (misoprostol), many women have vaginal bleeding and cramping, and the pregnancy is terminated. Most pregnancies end within the first 24 hours after the misoprostol dose. If not, then typically a second dose of misoprostol is given.

Based on the information provided it looks like the medical termination of pregnancy has taken place and usually complete abortion occurs.

But the usual protocol is to get ultrasound after 14 days of consumption of this Agent to rule out incomplete abortion. I would suggest you get a ultra sound after 15 days of drug consumption.
