What Causes Nausea, Sleeplessness And Diarrhea?

I am a 25 year old female who is 5 foot 4 inches, ad 125 pounds. Before getting sick, I worked out three times a week. I am still fairly active. I ve been having the following symptoms over the last three years. I feel nauseous all day (mostly right after I eat). Even if I don t eat a lot, I always feel really full. I always feel tired even though I get enough sleep. I get diarrhea on occasion. I will get random rashes that are skin color. I ve had a endoscopy and colonoscopy two years ago. I was told I have GERD. I take pantoprazole (GERD), effexor (anxiety). Over the past year, my symptoms have gotten much worse. I feel sick every day. I m so sad because I keep getting misdiagnosed by my doctors :( Please help. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

If you are having diagnosed correctly then,For acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease,

You will need drugs with some precautions and this combined effect will helpful to you.

As you have already undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy then there is no need to do more investigation further.

You may require proton pump inhibitors(lansoprazole) with prokinetic
drugs(levosulpride) which actually increases stomach emptying time along with effect on gasteoesophageal sphincter.

You should continue with effexor in night time to relieve from anxiety.

Apart from medication you need to follow certain listed things which will also important in the treatment of GERD.

1) Avoid oily, spicy and high fiber diet.
2) Avoid eating with full stomach rather you eat small frequent meals.
3) Avoid taking rest for 2 hours after meal.
4) You can walk slowly up to first 2 hrs of meal but don't walk fast.
5) You made regular eating pattern.
6) Have your dinner before 8 pm so that at the time of sleeping your stomach will be empty.
7) Do yoga regularly.

All this cumulative effect will be beneficial to you while treating for the GERD.

If still problem persists then you should see gastro physician for throughly examination.
