What Causes Nausea Post A Aorta Valve Replacement Surgery?

my husband has had open heart surgery 5 months ago, quadruple bypass, aorta valve replacement, and pacemaker. He suddenly for no reason we can figure is having nausea that is causing him to dry heave. He said he is fine but I am concerned it could be indicative of another heart attack about to happen. Should we go to the ER or wait to see if he feels better?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here what symptoms described here could be due to allergic condition (Hypersensitivity) and it may not be due to cardiac disease.
Certain symptoms are there which really mimic the cardiac disease like hyperacidity and muscular pain dyspnea, and visa versa, but here it is not like that, still just to rule out the possibility of ischemic heart disease, better to get done the EKG.
hope this information helps.
