What Causes Nausea, Lightheadedness, Tiredness, Loss Of Appetite And Body Aches?

hi, i have been feeling nauseous and light headed and my body has been feeling really week and even if i am energetic i feel like i have no energy i am always tired even when i get enough sleep and i am never hungry anymore and i use to eat a lot and i am super clumsy and my muscles will get sore out of nowhere i work out everyday because of school but these feelings have been going on for a few weeks

As per your history is concerned please follow-:
1)Do Full blood count with differential & ESR
2)Correct iron deficit and B-12 deficit by injectable medications
3)Check fasting blood sugar and TSH
4)Do an Ultrasound examination whole abdomen
