What Causes Nausea, Lightheadedness And Heaviness In Chest?

67 almost 68 since discharge from hospital have had nausea and lightheadness with heavy chest every day. while in hospital there was no heart issue. This is bothersome and is stopping me from the activities I usually do like golf, woodworking and metal work. Is this something to be worried about?

Can't say anything without having a look at the treatment and evaluation you get in hospital. If cardiac issue has been ruled out then there is whole list of diseases in differential diagnosis. Important thing for me is that this ailment is effecting your lifestyle. To me it seems that you are suffering from some anxiety disorder so consult a psychiatrist if there is no cardiac issue.
